Land Shortage

I decided it was high-time to move out of a sim I had been on for a while. After all, my friends just got there own sim and moved out of the area too. I set my land at a high price, thinking that it would be weeks before anyone bites. 512 sq. m. for 5120 L$ - 10 L$ per sq. m. I walked on over to my other property and hear the ringing of "cha-ching" of my change. I quickly cancel the sale of my second lot and walk back over to the first. Sure enough, someone and bought it and immediately set it up for sale at a much higher price. I talked with the new owner and found out that there is a land shortage and that all land prices have pretty much doubled. From Dedric Mauriac via blogHUD
